Health Care Contract Owner (Remote)
This position is hired contingent upon award of contract.
This position will be working on the MT DPHHS Office of Research Performance Analysis Contract. Healthcare Contract Owners play a critical role in the services we provide to Mountain Pacific partners and clients. This position serves as a client’s primary point of contact within Mountain Pacific for all activities including organizational communication, contract management, marketing of additional services and/or products. This position is responsible for establishing and communicating clear expectations on the roles and responsibilities to the client of the services Mountain Pacific will provide; ensures client expectations are met with a high degree of customer satisfaction. This position will supervise account managers and project assistants as assigned. This position is responsible for meeting internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts.
Responsibilities include advance ongoing efforts with performance and quality improvement and health information technology (HIT) in health practitioner offices, critical access hospitals, PPS Hospitals, nursing homes, other organizations as needed and/or communities. Improve use of health information technology, quality data and devices to improve health outcomes and workflows and communication. This highly visible, hands-on position requires project management expertise, sales and marketing, knowledge of quality improvement, HIT, facilitation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Works closely with other entities such as Accountable Care Organizations, Integrated Care Networks, state health departments, state and local Health Information Exchanges, the Center for Disease Control, state immunization registry grantees, provider organizations, and patient advocacy organizations.
A successful candidate would have a bachelor’s degree, experience with health care quality improvement methodologies and at least three years of clinical health care or hospital analytics experience preferred. Targeted Compensation of $86,000 - $115,000 annual salary. This position is hired contingent upon award of contract.
