Adjunct Professor of Marketing
Job Description
Our client is a private university located in Miami, FL, with the mission of training professionals capable of meeting the challenges of today’s competitive labor market in the fields of business, marketing, innovation, and technology.
The opportunity:
We are looking for experienced Professors to teach different courses in the area of Marketing at our Bachelor's and Master's programs level, through the application of appropriate educational models and methodologies, searching for continuous improvement and according to the university requirements. We are looking for someone who is excited to work with us!
Miami Florida location preferred.
What you’ll do:
· Organize the teaching activities and the delivery of course materials so the students can develop their activities satisfactorily, in compliance with the academic objectives and with the Academic Calendar.
· Teach classes of the different assigned courses in Spanish, in the online modality to meet the academic objectives of the university’s programs.
· Plan, allocate, supervise, and assess students’ assignments and guide them in their research projects.
· Contribute to the creation of an environment that promotes growth, equality, inclusion and develops positive learning experiences.
· Register and report any changes in the execution of the calendar and scheduled class activities.
· Review and analyze teaching methods and materials and make recommendations for improvement.
· Take part in learning and continuous improvement activities.
· Complete duties and responsibilities in compliance with the university standards, policies, and guidelines, with a commitment to excellence, service orientation and integrity.
What you’ll need:
· Master/Doctoral degree in Marketing from a U.S. accredited university is a prerequisite.
· Bilingual (English & Spanish), SPANISH FLUENCY IS REQUIRED.
· Minimum of 5 years of proven experience teaching adults at university level.
· Demonstrate a continuous record of professional development and academic activities.
· Experience teaching courses in distance education.
Nice-to-haves:
· Familiarity using e-books, Google suite, Zoom, LMS, Moodle, LIRN, Proctorizer.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
