Summary:
Develops, manages, coordinates, and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities. In conjunction with and under the general direction of HR and/or Line Management may manage and/or administer Associate engagement programs and activities. The Specialist will operate in and be responsible for more than one of these areas and perform many of the same activities as professionals who specialize in these individual HR functions. The Specialist will support and report to a HR Strategy leader at CHRISTUS Health.
Responsibilities:
- Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders
- Acts as a team player in leading Human Resource practices and objectives that will provide a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and retention of a superior workforce
- Oversees and coordinates Associate of the Quarter, Leader of the Quarter, and Associate of the Year recognition programs, to include gathering nominations and overseeing campus selections.
- Coordinates and oversees service award celebrations to include campus celebrations and ministry-based events.
- Run reports as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources preferred.
- 2+ years' experience in a professional setting.
