Job Overview

Duties
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with the board of directors

- Ensure effective financial management and budgeting practices

- Lead the organization in achieving its mission and goals
- Represent the company to stakeholders, including investors, clients, and the public

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or in a similar capacity
- Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning and execution
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial resources effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
