Non-profit agency seeks a team player to perform a broad range of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance and training.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of HR experience in a similar role with exposure to all aspects of HR functions.
OR
Education and experience may be substituted for each other on a year-for-year basis.
