Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator – Global (USA & Canada)
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO – currently with an Acting Global HR Director in place)
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Salary Level: M (USA & CAD)

PURPOSE:
The HR Coordinator is a member of the HR/People & Culture (P&C) team, whose role it is to support the exciting work of the World Renew Human Resources Department globally – spanning Canada, the United States, and International Field Offices. This work of this role can be broadly categorized in 3 buckets: supporting global P&C initiatives with coordination and administration, based on current priorities; assisting the CPCO and P&C Team with administrative needs, and; focusing on global talent programs and processes that P&C leads organizationally. These are critical to the success of World Renew and may span a range of activities including operational and/or programmatic/strategic work.
At this time, the key priority would be supporting the administration and coordination of critical end-end recruitment process such as:
- Liaising with applicants and candidates
- Understanding and being competent using our ATS software-BreezyHR
- Coordinating interview schedules and other related prep and briefing meetings to ensure interview process is done effectively
- Liaising with the hiring manager and the hiring panels

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
People & Culture (HR) Global Initiatives Support
- Assists in coordinating P&C global projects and initiatives to ensure project goals are met
- Collaborates with other EAs/Coordinators to support cross-functional projects
Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) Executive Administration Support
- Assists the CPCO with various administrative tasks that support the team's work and may include organizing files/meeting notes and preparation documents, expense management, etc.
- Arranges complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for the CPCO and other HR leaders as needed.
- Coordinates internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are arranged efficiently.
Global Talent Coordinator
- Coordinates end-to-end recruitment process for global positions, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews across multiple different times zones, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle
- Supports the integration of new employees into the company culture and processes, including assisting with orientation scheduling
- Assists with Learning coordination related to all-staff/targeted development
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records across various talent practices
- Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma. Two-year college education preferred
- 2-4 years of related experience required
- Knowledge/skills related to the Human Resources field
- Experience working with HRIS or database systems.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and Google Drive preferred.
