About the Binaytara Foundation:
The Binaytara Foundation (BTF) is a non-profit organization committed to improving healthcare worldwide through continuing education, research, and global health initiatives, particularly in oncology.

The Binaytara Foundation Education Academy:

The team at the Binaytara Foundation Education Academy includes an education committee led by expert oncologists in the US, the Medical Education Director, the Senior Manager of Education Programs, the Continuing Education Coordinators and Assistant Coordinators, and hundreds of faculties from institutions across the country and abroad.

The Senior Manager of Education Programs will directly supervise and mentor the in-house education team and collaborate very closely with the in-house event logistics, sponsorships, grants, and the marketing teams to ensure each program is highly successful in achieving its intended outcomes.

Binaytara Foundation Education Programs:

The Binaytara Foundation organizes over four dozen accredited oncology continuing education conferences in the US annually. Additionally, our online news magazine, The Cancer News, offers updates to oncology professionals about the latest development in cancer care. Our CME accredited oncology gaming app, OncoBlast, is designed to provide interactive learning experience and help healthcare providers stay updated about the latest developments in their fields.

Our Global Health and Health Disparities Internship program is a year-long education and mentorship program designed to provide hands-on experience to emerging healthcare professionals. During the internship, the interns engage in various educational activities, including CME conferences, on-site experience in Nepal, health disparities research, program development and fund-development for healthcare projects.

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager of Education Programs will play a key role in providing leadership to the education team and managing the educational initiatives, including CME conferences, OncoBlast, The Cancer News, and additional mentorship programs for interns and healthcare students. This role will support the growth of BTF's education programs by providing team leadership, ensuring operational excellence, and mentoring the CME team and global health interns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of medical education, proven leadership skills, and a passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes.

Position Type: Full time

Location: Bellevue, WA (this is an in-person role, no remote option)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Educational Program Management:

  • Mange the day-to-day activities of the Education Department including the design, planning, and execution of in-person or virtual conferences, OncoBlast games, and other educational initiatives.
  • Ensure all educational activities are compliance with the Continuing Medical Education (CME), Continued Nursing Education (CNE), and Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE) accreditation standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with medical experts, speakers, and educational committees to maintain high-quality content for all programs.
  • Oversee the content development of The Cancer News and ensure it remains a trusted resource for oncology news and education.

2. Event Planning & Execution:

  • Plan, organize, and manage educational events, including virtual, hybrid, and in-person conferences.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with speakers, vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
  • Oversee the event registrations management, attendee communications, and feedback collection.

3. Mentorship & Leadership:

  • Provide mentorship and professional development support to the CME team, helping them improve their skills in project management, event coordination, and educational content creation.
  • Offer mentorship and guidance to interns working in global health and health disparities programs, ensuring they gain valuable hands-on experience in the field.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the education team.
  • Lead and oversee the internship program focused on global health and healthcare disparities, providing support and direction to interns.

4. Strategic Planning & Growth:

  • Work with the Director of Medical Education and leadership team to develop strategic plans for growing BTF’s educational footprint.
  • Drive the expansion of OncoBlast programs and The Cancer News through new partnerships, content development, and innovative outreach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote educational programs, ensuring effective outreach and engagement.

5. Evaluation & Reporting:

  • Analyze data and feedback from events, programs, and educational activities to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the progress of educational initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in healthcare related filed, adult education, public health, or healthcare administration.
  • 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in continuing medical education, program management, or healthcare education. Experience managing CME/CPE-accredited events is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership experience, including mentoring and developing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required for conferences and events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in oncology.
  • Familiarity with global health initiatives and healthcare disparities.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms.
  • Certification in project management (PMP) or healthcare education leadership is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
