As a Quality Administrator, you will be at the heart of our Quality department, managing essential administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and ensuring that internal initiatives remain on track. You'll gain hands-on experience with quality systems, process improvement, and cross-functional data sharing, all while contributing to meaningful quality projects that impact our global operations.

This role offers the flexibility of working remote.
- Track Bills of Materials (BOM) and Management of Change (MOC) activities, and assist in product recovery, recalls, and third-party testing under senior staff direction.
- Identify, research, and implement continuous improvement processes, ensuring they enhance efficiency and lead to tangible outcomes.
- Maintain and review necessary records, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Americas QMS Sub-Administrator:
- Support the Global Quality System Administrator with tasks such as training, new account setup, troubleshooting, and records maintenance, while also serving as a backup for call center activities and consumer data reporting.
- Collaborate with the Quality Data Analyst to recommend improvements and manage change requests, enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) architecture for better efficiency and user experience.
- Provide QMS training and act as the primary point of contact for database queries, while supporting digital platform integration with consumer data collection.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Communicate project updates to internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear, timely updates on ongoing quality initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend new software tools or platforms to maximize departmental effectiveness and stay at the forefront of technological advancements.
- 2 to 3 years of experience working in administrative roles and handling of information/documentation/data preferred.
- Experience in a quality assurance environment desirable but not required.
- Formal education or knowledge equivalent to associate's degree
