You Have:

• Experience capturing and analyzing system operational capabilities requirements and constraints identified by end user, U.S Combatant Command, Component, or stakeholder organizations

• Experience developing documentation, including SoS OV-1, SV-1, and artifacts, and System of Systems requirements

• Experience assessing and analyzing system concepts, functional capabilities, and performance specifications, and validating against operational capabilities requirements

• Experience preparing engineering strategies, assisting with project budget estimates, developing work breakdown structures, building program schedules, and managing engineering processes that support timely delivery of required technical artifacts

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales programs
