Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) is looking for a Grants Administrator to function as the administrative lead and project manager on all post-award grant matters throughout the entire post-award life-cycle. Ensure outcomes and deliverables align with sponsor terms and conditions, and with policies and procedures of FHCSD.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all post award grant administration.
- Provide post-award advice and guidance, both of a general nature and program specific related to special terms and conditions of a grant award.
- Review grant language, and regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with program directors in reconciling funds distribution to ensure outcomes and deliverables align with sponsors terms and conditions.
- Interact with directors, managers, staff and funding agencies to resolve problems that cross departmental lines in optimizing the use of funds.
- Provide guidance on FHCSD policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory mandates and guidelines.
- Work closely with program directors and managers in preparing, reporting on the scope of work, budget details, and other project performance-related matters.
- Prepare data for financial reports, budgets, fund reconciliations, forecasting, analysis, and ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Work with program directors and managers in preparation and submission of required progress reports.
- Review expenditures to ensure effective coordination are in place.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, public health or strongly related feel required.
- 3 - 4 years of experience in grant, accounting, or financial administration experience.
- Prefer experience in a grant administration environment relative to post award functions.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting, fiscal and reporting principles.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base range for this position, exclusive of fringe benefits.
64,480.00 - 85,973.33If you are hired at Family Health Centers of San Diego, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, jurisdictional requirements, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
