During the primary receiving or hospitalist duty, the fellow will take care of emergency and hospitalized cases as a primary clinician during weekdays or weekends. During the supervisory duty, the fellow will work directly with ECC residents and rotating interns and supervise the ICU and Emergency/Triage services during weekdays or weekends.

Additional benefits provided to the incumbent include:
• Registration to online hemodialysis academy (3 classes/week x 50 weeks). The program will sponsor cost of the course ($1,500). If the hemodialysis academy is not available during the fellowship period, the fellow can use this for other purposes (attend other CE events – online or in person).
