Your Role

The Enterprise Rapid Response team is looking for an Executive Assistant, Experienced to lead our administrative support team needs. The Executive Assistant, Experienced will report to the directly to both the VP, Enterprise Rapid Response and support the direct reports when needed. In this role you will be responsible for the planning, and implementing the administrative needs for the teams, work collaboratively with the Vice President's key stakeholders ensuring that meetings are prioritized, and timelines are kept, along with handling expenses, travel plans, and will be the center point for providing administrative support to the team.

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience in managing complex and conflicting priorities
  • Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Requires strong communications and relationship management experience
  • Ability to take directions, provide inputs and able to deliver on assigned tasks
  • Skills in time management and ability to identify and remove inefficiencies in team or individual calendar(s)
  • Proficient with productivity applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, and Teams

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is: $73,590.00 to $102,850.00 for California.

Note:

Please note that this range represents the pay range for this and many other positions at Blue Shield that fall into this pay grade. Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
