Santa Fe College, ranked as one of the nation’s top state colleges, invites applications and nominations for the Vice President for Advancement and Chief Philanthropy Officer.
Serving students at the Northwest Campus and 6 educational centers, Santa Fe is among the highest performing institutions across the 28 colleges that comprise the Florida College System.
The Vice President for Advancement serves as the Executive Director of the Foundation and Chief Philanthropy Officer and is responsible for executing a strategic vision that establishes and implements an annual growth strategy that encompasses major and planned gifts, annual giving, sponsorships, special events, and donor engagement. Additionally, the Vice President is responsible for the cultivation of key donors and prospects and the successful development of a robust Alumni donor base.
Successful candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of seven (7) years in progressively responsible positions in resource development, advancement, development, or fundraising.
- Prior experience cultivating long-term relationships, such as through principal gifts, estate gifts, annuities, and trust funds.
- Strong leadership, management, strategic, analytical, and communication skills to direct a results-oriented advancement program and to convey and support the unique goals and values of Santa Fe College.
